Greetings! Welcome to my little world.

Where should i start? Well my name is Peter, I’m in my mid 20’s and privileged to live in the picturesque North Wales, UK.

I’ve struggled with my weight and fitness since I was a teenager and this blog will be a record of what I hope will be the final attempt before hitting my target.

As well as tracking my fitness progress I will also post the workouts I have completed, recipes I come across and other more general topics.
